For this project the technical rooms represent the separate area to the building where the medium voltage substation, compressor area, hot water system and chilled water system are located.

Electric Systems

• Two substations for a total of 13,000 kVA.
• Medium voltage system with redundancy.​
• Electroducts for molding machines.

Mechanical Systems

• Four 250 HP compressors each.
• Washed air, ventilation and HVAC for offices.

Plumbing System and Processes

• Hot water generation for 1,300,000 KCAL/HR​.
• Plumbing including LP gas for production.

Fire System

•  Two diesel pumps of 2500GPM and tank 280K Gal.​​
