Our roots are in Abitat Construction Solutions, a leading industrial and commercial construction solutions company founded in 1986.

It was in 1999 that the need to provide a specialized service regarding electromechanical installations was identified, raising the standards of execution for the most competitive projects. Starting with the design and supervision of these specialties internally at Abitat Construction Solutions.

For 17 years we have operated as a department fully linked to the development of the objectives of the operations in Abitat Construction Solutions, over time there was a growth in demand and an opportunity to attend to more projects in electrical, mechanical, plumbing and fire protection system.

In 2016, we consolidated ourselves as an autonomous company for the design, supervision and execution of MEP installations (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) for the Mexican Republic, having Abitat projects as our main client, but with autonomy to attend to independent projects.

We maintain a synergy of culture, processes and management with Abitat Construction Solutions that identifies us with its work ethic and allows integration and parallelism in our operations.
