Electric Systems

• Electrical substation with 2 pedestal-type transformers with 3000 kVA each, 2 transformers of 1,500 kVA.
• Lighting systems, contacts, grounds, lightning rods, climate and process equipment feeders, electroducts for production services and channeling of special systems.
• 80 kW emergency plant.

Plumbing System and Processes

• Hydrosanitary system for office areas with triple 10HP hydropneumatic equipment.
• Compressed air system based on aluminum pipes with two 100 HP compressors and one 200 HP water-cooled compressor.
• Vacuum system for production services based on aluminum tubing, with 2 vacuum equipment of 365 CFM each.
• Nitrogen system based on type L copper pipe with pro press connections and 353 CFM nitrogen generation unit.
• Process drainage system for the production area, based on underground PVC pipes in the warehouse area.
• Water filtration equipment for reverse osmosis and deionized water systems, for feeding the humidification system, process equipment and kitchen area.
• Chilled water system based on 3 chillers of 140 tons of air-cooled refrigeration, for process equipment.

Mechanical Systems

• Air conditioning system with humidity control based on package units of 50 tons of refrigeration for production area and package units of various capacities with zoning system for office areas.
• Fire fighting system based on sprinklers, hydrants and fire extinguishers for office areas.

Special Systems

• Special systems composed of alarms, voice and data, access control and CCTV.
